At The Local Church, we’re committed to coming alongside you in this season to help cultivate your own unhurried era, living an ordinary life with ease, gratitude, appreciation, peace, and prayer. None of what we offer is intended to add one more thing to your plate, but they will instead give you space to exhale and remember who you are.
➡️ Next Step Practice: Each Sunday morning, we’re introducing a Next Step Practice that empowers you to put what we’ve discussed on Sunday mornings into practice in your own life. Each practice should slide right into your regular rhythms. We’ll also share each week’s practice on TLC+ and via text message.
📖 The Read Along: Each week, we’ll also introduce a daily Bible reading plan centered on Luke’s gospel. Each day’s reading should take less than five minutes, and the readings serve as a bridge between Sundays. We’ll also share the Read Along on TLC+ and via text message. 🍽️ Local Tables: Our Local Tables offer space to find your people, remember your belovedness, and leave different. Friendship is at the heart of what we do, and when we’re gathered in friendship, there’s no agenda, nothing to accomplish, no means to an end. It’s instead only about delighting in one another and coming to see the presence of God more clearly. You can find your Local Table here.
🪴 Local Kids & TLCxYTH: Local Kids will continue to gather each Sunday morning during worship for a special time of spiritual formation just for them. 6th through 12th grade students will have TLCxYTH on the first, second, and third Sundays of each month during worship, too. These experiences are both designed to help them learn how to follow Jesus in a way that meets them where they are.
